--I wanted someone other than Gil to win as I thought playing possum was crappy--BUT he has come out and gone like 5-0 and taken the lead back. Go get'em Gil--nice job.
I appreciate the contests here and like to have a reason to play. Congrats to the guys who played almost everyday--I think I had over 300+ plays and was so up and down--but it was fun.
I laugh the last couple of days as the picks are like CIA classified.
Can I guess the picks today?? Probably not as taking the NYM and Philly could be the death..

I did play every day last year and had 330+ plays, took 3rd. This year I had a play to finish 20+ units figuring that would get me in the money. Also wanted to get my 200 plays in right away and see where it would get me. Played just a few games early and won. Kept playing a game here and there. Finally caught Gil, but he was smart. Let the others beat each others up with favorites. I tried this at the end and was one day from it working.

I played 3 games a day daily until almost the end of July. I wanted to get the 200 plays in ASAP and then see where I stood. I got unbelievably lucky in late June and early July, and I hit 21 games in a row. When I got up over 30 units, I wanted to just keep things even til I got to 200 plays. Once I got there I figured that I would lay low, and if nothing else I would be in contention for the top 5 until the last week or so. I figured that I would use the (albeit low) juice to my advantage and see how things shook out. It almost backfired on me though.

This was an awesome contest with some strong cappers. As a group, we had to have been way up on the season.
